2. X-ray reveals old and new infection in the middle section of lungs
3. Old infections possibly from childhood (no antiobiotics)
4. mycobacterial infection (mycobacterium avium intracullulare)
5. took three (3) antiobiotics over a period of 1.5 years
6. not cured, but reduced
